Our CDJR service operation offers customer-pay work, factory warranty repairs, advanced diagnostics, major mechanical repairs and a large used-car reconditioning operation.
Unlimited Used-Car Work
Our dealership handles a large volume of pre-owned vehicles. We need skilled technicians for complete inspections, mechanical repairs, diagnostics, and vehicle reconditioning.
Consistent CDJR Service Work
Work on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and RAM vehicles, including customer-pay repairs, warranty work, mechanical diagnostics, maintenance and major repairs.
Huge Production Bonuses
Our production bonus program starts at 45 weekly flat-rate hours and provides additional earning opportunities as production increases through 80 flat-rate hours.
Engine and Transmission Jobs
We are looking for experienced technicians who know how to diagnose, remove, replace and repair engines, transmissions and other major vehicle components.
High-Production Environment

UNLIMITED USED-CAR RECONDITIONING OPPORTUNITIES
One of the biggest advantages of working at Medina Auto Mall is that our technicians have access to more than just traditional CDJR service work. Our used-car operation requires constant vehicle inspections, diagnostics, mechanical repairs and reconditioning. This gives productive technicians additional opportunities to stay busy.
Complete Vehicle Inspections
Perform detailed inspections on pre-owned inventory, identify necessary mechanical and safety repairs, and help prepare vehicles for retail.
Mechanical Reconditioning
Repair brakes, suspension, steering, cooling systems, leaks, driveline components and other vehicle systems.
Multiple Makes and Models
Gain opportunities to work on various vehicle brands, including domestic and import used vehicles.
Major Mechanical Repairs
Qualified technicians may perform engine replacements, transmission replacements, electrical diagnostics, drivability repairs and other major jobs.
Final Quality Control
Verify completed repairs, perform road tests, and help ensure vehicles are properly prepared for our customers.

Medina Auto Mall CDJR services Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and RAM vehicles. We are looking for experienced technicians familiar with modern Stellantis systems, diagnostic procedures, powertrains and factory repair information.
Passenger vehicles, minivans, engine systems, electrical and mechanical repairs.
Performance vehicles, SUVs, powertrains, drivability and diagnostic work.
SUVs, 4x4 systems, drivetrains, suspension, steering and electrical repairs.
Light-duty and heavy-duty trucks, powertrains, mechanical and diesel-related work.
STELLANTIS LEVEL 2 TECHNICIANS
We are seeking experienced Level 2 technicians who can complete mechanical repairs, diagnostic procedures, warranty work, used-car inspections, electrical repairs and other service jobs appropriate to their training and certification.
We value technicians who are ready to work, maintain quality and consistently produce.
STELLANTIS LEVEL 3 TECHNICIANS
We are especially interested in highly skilled Level 3 technicians with advanced diagnostic, engine, transmission, electrical and major mechanical repair experience.
Qualifying Stellantis Level 3 technicians may be eligible for our sign-on bonus of up to $15,000.

Medina Auto Mall is offering an exciting sign-on bonus opportunity for qualifying Stellantis Level 3 technicians.
SIGN-ON BONUS QUALIFICATIONS
- Available for qualifying Stellantis Level 3 technicians.
- Up to $15,000 in potential sign-on bonuses.
- Technicians must meet the dealership's production requirements.
- A minimum of 40 flat-rate hours per qualifying week is required.

Do you have enough work to keep technicians busy?
We have substantial CDJR service work and a large used-car reconditioning operation. Our goal is to provide productive technicians with consistent opportunities to work and produce flat-rate hours.
Can I work on used vehicles from other manufacturers?
Yes. Our used-car operation includes multiple makes and models. Technicians may have opportunities to complete inspections, diagnostics and repairs on a variety of vehicles.
Do you offer production bonuses?
